We offer all new customers a 75-day money-back guarantee for new sign ups. If any paying customer becomes dissatisfied with the service for any reason during the first 75 days of initial payment you may request a refund by contacting us via our contact form. Payments are recurring, and will automatically be billed in a 1 month or 1 year cycle.
We do not offer refunds for domain purchases, spokt sponsorships, or harbor backups once the backup has been downloaded. Hub subscription fees are non-refundable if a free harbor backup has been downloaded.
You consent to have Spokt and/or affiliated services, properties or partners register domain names at your request. All domain name reservations requested by you and made by Spokt or our affiliates are strictly non-refundable. Your Premium Hub Subscription may include a credit for a single, annually recurring custom domain name reservation. Should you choose to utilize that credit, the total annual cost of the domain will be applied to your account immediately. The total domain purchase credit amount will be deducted from any subscription refunds issued within the 75-day refund period. Any costs in excess of the maximum credit will be due immediately at the time of the domain name request, and on a recurring basis annually on the anniversary date of the original reservation, until you cancel any future renewals for that domain. All domain transfers are subject to a one-time transfer fee.
SPOKT does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, quality, completeness, currency, or validity of any information on its website or linked from the site.
